We accept cash and credit in the form of Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

What is the warranty on the watch bands?

Every product we sale is handmade with the greatest of care!  We guarantee all watch bands for 6 months.  If you have any breakage that occurs within the 6 month time frame we will repair for free.  If the breakage occurs after the 6 months we will repair for a fee.  The fee is dependent on the type of repair needed, and the amount of beads needed to fix the band.  The fee can range from $5-$12.

Question:
What is the warranty on the watch face?

All watch faces are guaranteed for 90 days. If you need batteries for your watch face, we provide to you for free the first year after purchase.  In addition, we have additional batteries available for $3 each.

Question:
If I buy the watch as a gift and it doesn’t fit what is the policy?

We do not offer refunds, but we will gladly exchange the watch band for a different size or product.

Question:
Can I purchase a watch and have it shipped?

Yes, we will handle the shipping for you.   We carefully package all products prior to shipping, and we charge a flat shipping rate of $10.
